After confimation from Netcompany (SDC) that their communication with the clearing system is working Nenomics have re-eabled the banks.

Neonomics has received communication that Netcompany (SDC) has resolved the issue within their system. We have initiated test payments and are currently awaiting confirmation from Netcompany that their fix has resolved their communication with the clearing system.

Neonomics is working on a solution for an issue caused by one of the banking service providers (Netcompany), affecting a few banks in Norway. Neonomics will reach out to those clients who might have been affected.

Our Engineering team is investigating an issue with SDC banks.
NelloPay customers will not be able to use SDC banks for payments untill the issue is resovled.
We will post an update once we have additional information.
