Investigating - Our Engineering team is investigating issues with Poppankki and Omasp banks in Finland.
Customers could be getting Unauthorized Payment in certain scenarios. We are investigating if the issue originates from the Neonomics side or the bank's side, as this is affecting callbacks to our customers.
The issue is not affecting most of the requests in for these banks, but a small percentage of them.
We will post an update once we have additional information.

Our Engineering team is investigating an issue with BEC bank integration. Currently account or payment functionality will not work with any BEC banks, and they are disabled temporarily from our platform
We are working to deploy a fix, but are investigating other mitigation avenues to quickly resolve customer impact.

Tietoevry will perform a Disaster Recovery test (DR) on Tietoevry Banking Core/Mainframe. We will switch all mainframe systems from the primary data central over to the secondary data central, and then back again to the primary. All Services depending on IMS/RTS in Core will be affected with downtime/instability in periods during the activity.
Batch related operations (file transfers etc.) will be put on hold during the disaster recovery testing, and resumed once the testing is complete.
