Message from SpareBank 1 Østlandet:

The legal merger of SpareBank 1 Østlandet and Totens Sparebank took place on November 1, 2024. The

next step is the technical merger, which takes place on 5th

– 7th of June 2026.

The work starts Friday 5th at 3 pm. Tieto will at that point take down the PSD2-api for both banks.

The work is planned to be completed on Monday 8th of June at 08.00 am. The PSD2-api for SpareBank 1

Østlandet will then be up and running again.

Please note! Totens Sparebank domain will be removed on Friday 5th of June and will no longer be

accessible. This also means that the domain SpareBank 1 Østlandet (Totens Sparebank) will be

decommissioned following the technical merger, and we kindly ask you to take any necessary actions.

The SpareBank 1 Østlandet domain and sandbox will remain unchanged after the technical merger.

The migration will take place between:

Please note:

Spar Nord Netbank will be shut down at 18:00 on 01 April 2026.
TPPs must stop sending requests to the Spar Nord PSD2 API no later than 21:30 on 01 April 2026.
We do not yet know when migrated Spar Nord accounts will become available again in the Nykredit environment.
A follow‑up communication will be sent once we have a confirmed timeline for re‑availability.
Impact on API Connectivity

During the migration period:

Requests to the Spar Nord PSD2 API
https://psd2api369.prod.bec.dk
will return errors.
After migration is complete, the psd2api369.prod.bec.dk gateway will be cleaned up and decommissioned.

Resolved - It was identified that:
* The problem around OP in Finland was a problem on the bank's side which was fixed by OP Finland around 6:40am UTC
* The problem around Danske was an internal component retrying failed requests to Danske. These retries went above our overall timeout limit.

We will investigate how to fail faster and make less re-tries to not cause this kind of time outs for customers
