Update - We are continuing to work towards a resolution for the issue affecting Danske SE. The bank remains temporarily disabled for payments while our engineers investigate. We will provide another update as soon as we have more progress to share.

We are releasing improvements to our authentication/authorization backend during this period.

You can expect moments of instability where requests that are related with getting access tokens, sign in into our portal's account, or creating new accounts, can return as failure.

We have noticed at 08.06.2026 17.14 a service disruption affecting OP's PSD2 APIS. OP PSD2 API users may experience issues. The disruption affects our customer channels as well. We are investigating the problem and apologise for any inconvenience caused by the disruption.

Scheduled - Message from SpareBank 1 Østlandet:

The legal merger of SpareBank 1 Østlandet and Totens Sparebank took place on November 1, 2024. The

next step is the technical merger, which takes place on 5th

– 7th of June 2026.

The work starts Friday 5th at 3 pm. Tieto will at that point take down the PSD2-api for both banks.

The work is planned to be completed on Monday 8th of June at 08.00 am. The PSD2-api for SpareBank 1

Østlandet will then be up and running again.

Please note! Totens Sparebank domain will be removed on Friday 5th of June and will no longer be

accessible. This also means that the domain SpareBank 1 Østlandet (Totens Sparebank) will be

decommissioned following the technical merger, and we kindly ask you to take any necessary actions.

The SpareBank 1 Østlandet domain and sandbox will remain unchanged after the technical merger.

SDC banks in Norway and Denmark are now disabled for payments
Resolved - After confimation from Netcompany (SDC) that their communication with the clearing system is working Nenomics have re-eabled the banks.

Update - Neonomics has received communication that Netcompany (SDC) has resolved the issue within their system. We have initiated test payments and are currently awaiting confirmation from Netcompany that their fix has resolved their communication with the clearing system.

Monitoring - Neonomics is working on a solution for an issue caused by one of the banking service providers (Netcompany), affecting a few banks in Norway. Neonomics will reach out to those clients who might have been affected.

Scheduled - POP Pankki is migrating its PSD2 service provider from Samlink to Crosskey. POP Pankki APIs will be unavailable during the cutover window.

Impact:
All AIS and PIS requests to POP Pankki will fail between 29 May 16:00 EEST and approximately 1 June 08:00 EEST.
Existing end-user consents will not be migrated. End users must re-authenticate and grant consent again after the cutover to resume POP Pankki services.
