BEC has services windows from 03:00-05:00 Mon-Fri and 04:00-06:00 Sat-Sun. Also, we may inform subscribed TPPs via email and all others via developer portal about upcoming extended service windows.
During this time, some of our systems are restarted/updated and it causes 503 responses.
We can't tell you the exact time period when it's better not to call the API to avoid these error responses,
but maybe you can avoid calling the API from 03:00 to at least 03:20 Mon-Fri and 04:00-04:20 Sat-Sun

Update - We are continuing to work towards a resolution for the issue affecting Danske SE. The bank remains temporarily disabled for payments while our engineers investigate. We will provide another update as soon as we have more progress to share.

Sparebanken Norge (Sør) and Sparebanken Norge (Vest) are merging. Oct 9, 2026 13:00 - Oct 12, 2026 06:00 UTC
From 9 October 2026 at 15:00 CEST to 12 October 2026 at 08:00 CEST, Sparebanken Norge (Sør) and Sparebanken Norge (Vest) are unavailable while the banks merge. Account information (AIS) and payments (PIS) are both affected.
After the merger:
1. The merged bank is called Sparebanken Norge.
2. Existing Sparebanken Norge (Sør) consents expire. End users must give new consents through Sparebanken Norge.
3. Sør payments with a future date still execute, but their status is no longer available through our API.
