Investigating - Our Engineering team is investigating issues with Poppankki and Omasp banks in Finland.
Customers could be getting Unauthorized Payment in certain scenarios. We are investigating if the issue originates from the Neonomics side or the bank's side, as this is affecting callbacks to our customers.
The issue is not affecting most of the requests in for these banks, but a small percentage of them.
We will post an update once we have additional information.

Description: This issue started after the eFaktura migration this weekend on the third-party vendors side. Customers are reporting instability when attempting to fetch or approve eFaktura.
Consequence: Some customers may experience instability when attempting to fetch or approve eFaktura, as well as receiving different notification messages when using the eFaktura service.
Status: We have identified and resolved the issue that was causing incorrect messages to be displayed to customers in self-service solutions when approving eFaktura.
