Change local time from summer time to winter time on all Mainframe LPAR's
Please expect downtime 80 minutes for all services dependent on IMS/Core between 0155 CEST (summer time/gmt+2) and 0215 CET (winter time/gmt+1)).

The change will affect and influence the access functions for various services that are dependent of customer- and account information from Tietoevry Core.

Message from Handelsbanken Finland:

As previously communicated Handelsbanken Group announced that it would sell part of its Finnish operations.

In line with that there will be some expected maintenance for the migration.

On Friday 29th November 2024 from 19:00 EET (18:00 CET) our PSD2 APIs for Finnish customers will be down due to maintenance work. Services will open again on Sunday 1st December 2024 with limited
functionality. Please note that from 30th of November 2024 no credit cards will be available.

Please note that no calls will go through for the duration specified, so we would appreciate that you halt all calls / batch runs to our PSD2 APIs during this period.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and understand that this may cause disruption to your services, so we appreciate your cooperation on this.

Initiating consent with Swedbank Sweden is currently not working, this affects both account and payment API calls.

We are working to deploy a fix, but are investigating other mitigation avenues to quickly resolve customer impact.
