Investigating - Our Engineering team is investigating an issue with Danske SE.
We have temporarily disabled the bank for payments.

We will post an update once we have additional information.

Payments done through Bulder Bank and Sparebanken Norge (Vest) using Checkout are going through but a negative status is communicated
Monitoring - We had deployed a hotfix and we are monitoring. We see the error not happening anymore.

We will resolve if this continues.

Investigating - Our Engineering team is investigating an issue with payments with Bulder Bank.

Checkouts done with Bulder Bank and Sparebanken Norge (Vest) in Norway are affected.

We are working to deploy a fix, but are investigating other mitigation avenues to quickly resolve customer impact.

Investigating issues for requests targeting Poppankki and Omasp banks in Finland
Investigating - Our Engineering team is investigating issues with Poppankki and Omasp banks in Finland.

Customers could be getting Unauthorized Payment in certain scenarios. We are investigating if the issue originates from the Neonomics side or the bank's side, as this is affecting callbacks to our customers.

The issue is not affecting most of the requests in for these banks, but a small percentage of them.

We will post an update once we have additional information.
